White-label AI visibility reports

Clients want the numbers in a form they can read, with your name on it. Aivting exports a report with your logo, gives clients read-only access, and keeps the people who can change things to your team.

What's in an Aivting report

A report is an export of a project's results, titled "AI visibility report" with the brand name. It follows your current filters, so set the date range, engines and tags first. It holds, in order: a header, the headline figures with their n, a summary table of tracked brands, the chart, every active prompt with its visibility and average position, top opportunities, and list pages without your brand.

The "top opportunities" are pages cited in answers that name a competitor but not your brand. The footer carries the date, the definition of visibility and a note that totals count active prompts only. If you compare two periods, each figure shows its change. See reports and white label.

Your logo on the report

White label here means the report presents your brand, not ours. Upload a logo for the project and the report uses it in place of an Aivting mark. Your logo on reports is included on Agency Lite and Agency Pro; Solo reports don't carry one. Use an image you have the right to use.

Chart notes: remember what changed

A chart note is a short text, up to 280 characters, pinned to one day. Use it for "moved the comparison pages to new URLs", so the next time a number moves you can read it next to its likely cause. Notes show on the dashboard and in the report. They don't prove a cause, and they don't appear on share links.

Read-only share links

A share link gives someone a read-only view of a project without an account. Links are off by default, expire after 30 days and can be revoked at any time, so share one like a document link. The viewer sees the headline figures with their n, the chart, the prompts table and the Sources panel, and can still change the date range, engines and tags.

What they don't see: chart notes, the member list, settings, CSV export and run history. Answers appear only as short excerpts, up to 3 per prompt, of 300 characters or fewer, from answers that name your brand. Only project owners create and turn off links. See share links.

Owner, editor, viewer

Aivting has three roles. Owners manage people and share links. Editors change prompts, tags, competitors and the logo, start runs and export CSV. Viewers see the dashboard, answers and report, and nothing else. The viewer role is read-only, enforced by the database, not just by the screen.

A typical agency set-up: your team as owners and editors, the client as a viewer. Agency Lite and Agency Pro include unlimited viewers; Solo uses share links instead. People join by an invite link that you send yourself, and joining adds them to that project only. See roles and permissions.

How reporting and sharing work

  1. Upload your logo to the project (Agency Lite and Agency Pro).

  2. Set the date range, engines and tags, then export the report.

  3. For a quick look, create a share link. For a client who returns, invite them as a viewer.

  4. Revoke a link when you're done, or let it expire after 30 days.

Reports and sharing: common questions

Which plans include my logo on reports?

Agency Lite and Agency Pro. Solo can export reports, but without your logo.

Can clients see the dashboard without paying for a seat?

Yes. Viewers are unlimited on Agency Lite and Agency Pro. On Solo, use read-only share links.

How long does a share link last?

30 days, or until you revoke it. Revoking stops it at once.

Can a viewer export or edit anything?

No. Viewers read the dashboard, answers and report. Only owners and editors export CSV, and only owners manage people and share links.

Does a report promise results?

No. A report describes the answers collected for your prompts. It doesn't promise any result from any engine.
